Delivery
Wine Store Orbeliani delivers wine within Tbilisi. At checkout you choose your address and a delivery option.
Delivery Times
- Orders confirmed before 18:00 on business days are usually dispatched the same or the next business day.
- On weekends and public holidays delivery may take longer — in that case we will contact you.
- The exact time window depends on the courier service and may change due to traffic.
Delivery Cost
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the order total and the address. Orders above a certain threshold may qualify for free delivery — the current threshold is shown in the cart and at checkout.

Upon Receipt
- An identity document is required upon delivery (18+).
- Payment is possible in cash or by card (where available).
- Please check the completeness and packaging of your order before accepting it.
Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with Georgian law, returns and exchanges of alcoholic beverages are limited, except in the following cases:
Damaged or Incorrect Product
- If the product you received is damaged, broken or does not match your order, contact us within 24 hours at +995 599 224 407.
- We may ask for photo evidence. Once confirmed, we will exchange the product or refund your payment.
Cancellation
- An order can only be cancelled before it has been processed and dispatched.
- A dispatched order can usually no longer be cancelled.
