Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the relationship between Wine Store Orbeliani (the "Seller") and the site user (the "Buyer"). Using the site and placing an order means that the Buyer has read and fully agrees to these Terms.

To place an order:

• select the desired product and add it to your cart;
• review your cart, enter the delivery address and contact details;
• choose a payment method and confirm the order.

After the order is confirmed, you will receive a notification. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject an order based on product availability, the delivery address, or age restrictions. If a product is out of stock, the Buyer will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded.

Payment can be made:

• online by card (Visa / Mastercard) on the site;
• in cash upon delivery (to the courier);
• in person, when visiting the store.

Online payments are processed by a certified payment provider. Wine Store Orbeliani does not store card details and has no access to them.

Delivery terms, timeframes and prices are set out on the "Delivery & Returns" page. Delivery is carried out within Tbilisi, unless otherwise specified.

Upon delivery, the Buyer or an authorized person meets the courier at the specified address. Proof of legal age may be requested on site.

If wine storage and transportation conditions are violated (on the Buyer's part), the Seller is not liable for any decline in quality. Upon receipt, please inspect your order; in case of visible damage, notify the courier immediately or contact us.

The Buyer may cancel an order before it is delivered — contact us by phone or email. Returns of already delivered alcoholic products are permitted only in the following cases:

• the product is damaged or defective (broken bottle, damaged label, quality defect);
• the wrong product was delivered, differing from the order.

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. A refund or product replacement is provided after the issue is confirmed. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or undamaged bottles cannot be returned.

The site's visual elements, texts, photos and logos are protected by copyright. Copying or publishing them without the Seller's written consent is prohibited.

Processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable law and is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect once published on the site. Please review this page periodically.
