Rebel Dragon
KakhetiRebel Dragon is an artisanal Georgian Pet-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) brand based in Kakheti. The winery crafts vibrant, unfiltered, and low-intervention natural sparkling wines using indigenous grape varieties such as Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi, Khikhvi, and Tsitska.
Created to celebrate natural winemaking through the ancestral method, Rebel Dragon offers a fresh, rebellious take on classic Georgian varietals. By bottling during primary fermentation without filtration or synthetic additives, the brand quickly established a dedicated following for its crisp, naturally effervescent wines rich in bright fruit and floral notes.
