Churi Chinebuli is a boutique Imeretian winery located in the village of Meore Sviri, Zestafoni municipality. The winery produces high-quality natural wines from indigenous Imeretian grape varieties, utilizing both traditional Churi (Imeretian Qvevri) and modern European winemaking techniques.
Story
Established to revive and honor the centuries-old winemaking heritage of Western Georgia, Churi Chinebuli focused on promoting the historic Sviri micro-zone. By combining traditional clay vessel fermentation with stainless-steel technology, the winery brought authentic expressions of local grapes—such as Tsolikouri, Krakhuna, and Otskhanuri Sapere—to wine lovers, expanding its line to include traditional Chacha and innovative alcohol-free wines.
