Story
The history of the winery is deeply rooted in the Gurashvili family’s devotion to their ancestral land and centuries-old winemaking traditions. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 400–500 meters above sea level, nestled near the edge of the forest on rich, ecologically pure soil. Over the years, the family has prioritized sustainable, bio-friendly farming practices. Gurashvili's Family Vineyards gained widespread acclaim for reviving nearly forgotten Kakhetian grape varieties, most notably "Mtsvivani Kakhuri." Since 2018, these artisanal wines have been successfully exported to European markets and Australia, proudly representing Georgian heritage on the global natural wine scene.
