Kondoli Winery is an artisanal, family-owned Georgian winery located in the historic village of Kondoli, Telavi, Kakheti. The estate crafts premium natural and unfiltered Qvevri wines and authentic Chacha using indigenous grape varieties, including Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi, and Saperavi.
Story
Established to celebrate the distinguished terroir of Kondoli and ancient Kakhetian winemaking traditions, the winery operates under a strict low-intervention philosophy. Fermentation and aging take place in underground clay Qvevri with extensive skin contact (around six months) without chemical additives or filtration. Kondoli Winery has gained international acclaim in the natural wine scene for its characterful amber, red, and co-fermented wines.
