Story
Founded in 1997, Shumi derives its name from an ancient Georgian word meaning "pure, undiluted, top-quality wine." Owning vineyards across Georgia’s most prominent terroirs, the estate has played a vital role in ampelography by cultivating a living museum collection of over 300 native and 100 international vine varieties.
